Custom Training Plans

This program is for those that are looking for someone to design a custom training plan for a specific event, but aren’t looking for the interaction of one-on-one coaching. Your 12 or 16-week plan will be delivered via TrainingPeaks and will be customized to your goals, strengths and weaknesses. Available for single-sport (cycling or running) and multisport (triathlon or duathlon) events.

Personal Training

This program is for those who are looking for a trainer to give them some guidance in (or out!) of the gym, but aren’t interested in working out with one on a regular basis. Your coaching package, priced at $50/month, includes:
